Soothe stress
Instructions to: Sit back on heels with the internal parts of legs and feet touching. Incline forward, bowing middle over thighs and bringing brow down to tangle. Broaden arms forward, palms down. Unwind into stance, extending knees or twisting elbows a bit, as coveted. Concentrate on breathing, taking four to eight means each breathe in and breathe out and unwinding more profound into stance with each breathe out.
