Ease back pain
Step by step instructions to: Lie on your back on a mat, twist your legs, and crush your knees to your midsection. Keeping your legs bowed and knees together, lower both knees toward the mat on the left side. Hold your knees set up with your left hand and tenderly turn to one side. Expand your right arm and look right; hold for 5 to 15 breaths. Take knees and hands back to the inside, then rehash to one side. Stretch to both sides three times at whatever point you feel snugness in your back.
